Ayat Exims specializes in manufacturing finished leather and belt leather. Due to the natural characteristics of leather, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and shall not be considered defects.
All orders must be confirmed through official communication. Ayat Exims reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on market conditions, raw material costs, and customization requirements.
Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon before order processing. Production may begin only after confirmation of payment terms or receipt of advance payment, where applicable.
We strive to meet agreed delivery schedules. However, Ayat Exims shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or logistical issues.
We maintain strict quality control standards. Any claims regarding defects or discrepancies must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, along with supporting evidence.
Returns are only accepted in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Customized or specially processed orders are non-returnable unless agreed otherwise.
